Relationship problems and procrastination

Method: Hypnotherapy

Man:
I'm doing great! And things are going well at home now too. I've even started on my school assignments. So that's going well too. For now, I don't feel like I need a follow-up session. Who knows, maybe in the future. Anyway, I want to thank you so much 🙏🏼

Fatigue complaints

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
After contacting Nancy, I received a very warm welcome. I immediately felt I was in good hands. Both her and the people around her radiated a sense of calm. She allows you to share your story and takes notes at the same time. To undergo the hypnosis session, you do need to be open, but in her presence, that's no problem at all. She's a wonderful and genuine person who radiates tranquility and is genuinely interested in you. The hypnosis sessions have allowed me to have wonderful experiences and I feel much better. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Emetophobia (fear of vomiting)

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
I'm doing really well; I really notice a difference. I can't even explain to people what exactly I was afraid of anymore, and when people talk about vomiting, I no longer get irritated or stressed; I just don't care anymore. I haven't experienced a serious situation yet, but I don't necessarily want to seek it out; that will come someday.

Self-confidence and dealing with feedback

Method: Hypnotherapy

Man:
"It's actually going quite well. I feel good, relaxed, and content. I seem to have a bit more peace and self-confidence. More self-assured. When I get feedback from others, I feel less personally attacked. I feel like I can handle it better. I can accept that I sometimes make mistakes, but that doesn't mean I'm not good enough.
What I've noticed, and my girlfriend too, is that I'm calmer in our discussions. Before, if we disagreed on something, we would sometimes have a real fight that would drag on for ages without it being resolved or discussed. Now we seem to move past disagreements more quickly. I think it's because I stay calmer and react more evenly.
Although I feel like I was very aware of what we did with/during hypnotherapy, I still feel like it subconsciously helped me learn/better at putting things into perspective. I'm very happy with how things are going, even slightly more than I expected. I hope that from this calmness, it will become increasingly easier to stand up for myself even more when it really matters. But it seems like a very important step has already been taken!

Processing trauma

Method: Hypnotherapy and Havening Touch

Woman:
Hi Nancy, I feel very strong, it's unbelievable that it can feel so good :) I'm less worried about it and just carry on with what I was doing. I only cried once, when I talked about it with my girlfriend, and that was mainly because of the "blame" towards the children. I just wish I could sleep a little better, but maybe that will come along with time. I'm just going to let this feeling ebb and flow for a while, maybe the last part will work out too. I'll give an update soon. I was a bit hesitant, but I recommend it to everyone haha.

Phobia: Fear of not being able to go to the toilet outside the home

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
"I'm doing well. I notice I'm more relaxed. I still have the habit of thinking I need to go to the toilet before I go anywhere. Over the years, this has become a habit that I still have to break, but it will be fine."

Processing trauma, feeling unseen and unsafe

Method: Hypnotherapy and Havening Touch

Woman:
After dozens of forms of therapy, I came into contact with hypnotherapy online. I quickly noticed that this form really appealed to me, that I could relax very deeply with this method. Because I still had a lot to process surrounding the death of my daughter, and a number of unpleasant themes such as feeling unseen and insecure kept cropping up, I started searching online for a hypnotherapist. That took quite some time until I got the feeling on Nancy's website: that's where I want to go. I sent her a detailed email and quickly received an equally detailed reply. I then made an appointment with her for an intake interview. I was able to see her very quickly; no waiting times were great. There was an immediate click, I felt very comfortable with her. A nice bonus is that she practices in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning nature. My first hypnosis session soon followed, which showed that Nancy is an excellent listener. She guided me so skillfully through the session, knew exactly where my pain points were and what I needed. Everything, always in a very safe and respectful way. Two weeks later, I had another hypnosis session with her. In between, she checks in on you and there's plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Finally, two weeks later, I had another Havening Touch session, where we addressed some rough edges. This method was explained in detail (both verbally and in writing) so I can work with it at home. A lot happened in a relatively short time. It's great that it wasn't a lengthy process. That was exactly what I was looking for: persevering... tidying up! It's still too recently to know what it will bring me in the long run. I do feel clearly that there has been some clearing, that shifts are taking place. Deeper layers of my brain have been touched. As if I've taken off a coat. The process may continue from here... I have faith. Thank you, Nancy, for being so loving by my side.

Difficulty letting go of a broken relationship

Method: Hypnotherapy

Man:
Tuesday evening, after the session, the headache was quite noticeable, and it was still there when I got up, though thankfully much less. Now, a few days later, I'm feeling less and less inclined to contact my ex, and I'm finding it easier to fall asleep. As strange as it sounds, I feel much more energetic, and I'm starting to accept that I don't have anything to blame myself for. Of course, the feeling of missing someone is still there. I'm very curious to see how these two weeks will go. Thanks again for your professionalism and expertise. I found it a very pleasant experience.

Processing trauma

Method: Hypnotherapy and Havening Touch

Man:
After years of struggling with a difficult past, I finally ended up at Nancy's practice, after many therapeutic detours. We clicked immediately during our first appointment. Nancy exudes confidence and kindness. Because of this, I felt no block to sharing my whole story with her. Her genuine empathy certainly contributed to that.
After the intake and the initial introduction to self-hypnosis, those around me noticed I had already become somewhat calmer. The next session was entirely devoted to hypnotherapy. Important, emotional, and especially negative events from my life were relived and safely stored away, so they no longer bother me. This felt very positive. Conversations with my loved ones were less stressful, I spoke more calmly, and showed more understanding. I also stopped being so trapped by my past.
Nancy checked in with me during the session to see how I was doing. After discussing this, we decided to spend another session on the Havening Touch method. I really enjoyed it. I received clear instructions for applying this method at home. I now do it daily, and it helps me feel calmer and more balanced. Nancy, thank you so much!!!

Anxiety and panic attacks

Method: Hypnotherapy

Man:
"I have to say that after two weeks I already have a bit more energy. I've also become a bit calmer mentally. I can put things into perspective better. Physically I would actually like to have a bit more energy. But maybe that's also something that's not possible because of my illness.
Some days are really good, and other days I still have a lot of pain. For example, climbing stairs and doing things. Especially in the mornings, I'm still a wreck.
But all in all, I'm very happy with what I'm going through. I used to go to sleep with a lot of heart palpitations, which made it hard to fall asleep and I suffered a lot from anxiety. I now do the self-hypnosis at home four to five times a week before bed, lasting about five minutes. It's perfectly manageable. Sometimes I'm already asleep before I'm finished.

Stress and grief

Method: Hypnotherapy

Man:
Sometimes your subconscious needs a nudge in the right direction to get your thoughts and feelings in order. You know you can take care of yourself, but all the misery we experience makes us forget that for a while.

Nancy and I worked together to unleash my subconscious, which is how it feels to me now after a conversation and a hypnotherapy session. After the death of my best friend, I was filled with anger, sadness, and incomprehension, which caused me to become stuck in my daily life. I'm quite skeptical myself, but Nancy convinced me to undergo hypnotherapy anyway. The session itself felt wonderful, warm, and safe; I look back on it with a truly positive feeling. After a few weeks, I felt significantly better; the anger, sadness, and incomprehension gave way to energy and a much less oppressive feeling. Now, weeks later, I can honestly say that the conversation with Nancy and the hypnotherapy session with her have helped me move forward and help me get back to my old self.

Increasing self-confidence and managing stress

Method: Havening Touch

Boy:
Not long ago, on a few bad days, my self-confidence and self-esteem plummeted, and on an ordinary Wednesday, I refused to go back to school for yet another pointless day. On this day, I was taught the Havening Touch, and I started practicing it with Nancy, which eventually helped me to sort my thoughts out a bit, but I wasn't entirely convinced that this method would really help in more serious situations.
Fast-forward a few weeks, and I'm in my afternoon 2D class after a rough morning where I refused to go to school again. This was mainly because I went to a concert late the night before and then had to sleep in way too late for the next school day. I was eventually persuaded to take my last few lessons. So, I went to school with a head full of stress, even though I often say I can't adequately describe stress in a single feeling. In this 2D class, my feelings were already on the edge. After a long conversation with my 2D teacher about my progress and shortcomings compared to the previous period, my fragile feelings were given an extra push, so that back in class, I started to misrecognize my own work and ended up in a panic attack for the last half hour of class. This was most likely due to everything that had started to pile up in my head that day, which had to process everything with too little sleep and too much uncertainty. I went home after that lesson quite shocked, but here the method comes back into the story.
So I hadn't discussed this with anyone yet and came back home quite stressed. Once upstairs, I thought of the Havening Touch method and calmly started applying it to see if it could help in any way, since I had no decent way to cool down otherwise. And within a few minutes, the worries calmly flowed away. After that, I could barely remember why I was so stressed or why I was doubting myself so much. To my surprise, it had calmed me down again. All that time, I thought this incomprehensible frustration and anxiety was the true me. I want to make it clear that this is NOT who you are. Your mind quickly jumps to extreme conclusions in these kinds of circumstances, jumping from one bad thought to the next. Apply the Havening Touch method, and you'll quickly clear away this fog of confusion.

Trauma processing and IBS syndrome

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
It's only been two weeks, and I'm already noticing positive changes! I've noticed a calmer body and can more easily let go of things that worry me. I've also noticed my stomach/intestines are calming down. However, I still find myself feeling incredibly tired after a busy day at work and yawning a lot. But otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

Social anxiety

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
Before hypnotherapy, I was a bit anxious about going under hypnosis. I only knew it from TV. When I mentioned it, they gave me a good explanation, which made me somewhat less anxious. Before I went under hypnosis, I received a thorough explanation of how everything works, which allowed me to go into hypnosis with confidence. After the session, I noticed a difference immediately. In the days that followed, I was generally less anxious and had a more positive outlook on life. I also overcame my anxiety by giving presentations. That, after all, was the reason I started hypnotherapy. It's been a few weeks now, and I still notice positive growth in myself. I've had many types of therapy, and I can honestly say that hypnotherapy has given me the best results.

Trauma processing

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
What a remarkable experience the hypnosis session with Nancy was. I've talked and done a lot to learn to deal with painful feelings that I've carried with me my whole life. Most of it helped, but it never felt resolved; I never truly let go of them. With Nancy, in the first session, I focused on one such feeling, and that experience was so completely different from anything I'd tried before. I heard myself saying things I was completely unaware of. I remember everything about the hypnosis. It was an intense, but above all, wonderful session. And how I feel now after all these years is... well, pretty amazing. It's been a month now, and I feel really good; that awful feeling is simply gone. Incredible. I feel so much calmer inside. There are other issues at play, and I want to schedule another session for those, but for now, I'm incredibly grateful for this unique experience. So thank you again, Nancy, also for your wonderful way of guiding me. What you do is very special.

Angst

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
"It's going a lot better! I feel much calmer in general, stronger in conversations with my father and mother, I know better where I want to go, and experience less anxiety. I notice that something inside me is almost afraid to believe that this is possible hahaha.
I think it is very special."

Anxiety and stress

Method: Hypnotherapy and Havening Touch

Woman:
I met Nancy at a time in my life when I could barely cope with the anxiety and stress. During the coronavirus pandemic, I frequently called Nancy about team meetings, and even that made me feel better. I explained my current anxiety, and even though it was the strangest of fears, she worked with me to find solutions and try out Havenings exercises. I appreciated that. I was allowed, and still am, to text her when I was anxious. That also made me feel better. She noticed that I was still struggling to get through the day because of my anxiety and suggested hypnotherapy. I liked the idea. I decided to do it and went there with the fear that I wouldn't be able to do it or that I wasn't good at hypnosis. She reassured me about that as well. During my hypnosis, I was very calm, and it went very smoothly and pleasantly. I look back on it with a really good feeling. It was special for me to know what my subconscious experiences and what it experienced as a child. I also notice that I've now reduced my anxiety. By resolving the problem during my hypnosis. I still experience anxiety sometimes, but I can now control it very well, and on days when things aren't going so well, Nancy is still there for me. Unlike other psychologists, with Nancy, I really feel like she genuinely wants to help me and that I can count on her. I've never found that in a psychologist, but I have with her. I would recommend her to everyone.

Insecure

Method: Hypnotherapy

Woman:
Processed unpleasant feelings and memories from childhood with hypnotherapy. "It's going absolutely great. I'm no longer triggered, and I'm not taking things personally anymore. A kind of filter has disappeared, which makes me see and hear things completely differently. It's really funny to see. And it saves a lot of energy!"

Exam anxiety

Method: Havening Touch

Man: "Nancy is a wonderful person to work with. She really helped me; it's especially nice that she really goes the extra mile to help you. Her method really worked for me. I'm very grateful for it! She used the Havening Touch method on me. It seemed a bit strange at first, but it really works! It makes me calmer and I can think more positively about difficult challenges. I use it at home now too. Often in the evening before I go to sleep, my thoughts race. Now I can process them more quickly and calm down. I fall asleep much faster now. Normally, I would sometimes lie awake until four in the morning. Now I only lie there thinking for an hour at most and then fall asleep. My fear of failure is still there a bit, but I notice that I'm no longer stressed weeks in advance. It takes much longer for the tension to rise now. Then I immediately use the Havening Touch method and can carry on."
My final exam presentation went really well! It flowed so smoothly. I need to hold on to that feeling! The teacher was also very pleased with the product, and she's even going to use it in the exhibition! I'm really, really proud of myself, and for the first time, I actually feel like I've created something truly beautiful on my own, which I've never had before!

fits of rage

Method: Havening Touch
Man: Bad memory from the past neutralized with the Havening Touch method.
I'm doing great, and I haven't found myself in a similar situation since. I do think the Havening Touch method works well. I've used it again sometimes when my mind was a bit chaotic.

Intense fears of many situations

Method: Hypnotherapy
Woman:
Hi Nancy, I'm doing much better. Self-hypnosis is going pretty well. It just needs some practice. I found the hypnosis session quite harrowing at one point, but I think it was necessary to endure it. I can recover more quickly now and haven't had many moments where I really felt depressed. So thanks again!

Trauma processing

Method: Hypnotherapy
Woman:
"I have to say, things are going much better! I do have to force myself to keep doing the self-hypnosis, but I'm managing. If I experience problems again, I know where to find you. Thank you for your help; the hypnosis session really created more peace."

Emetophobia

Method: Hypnotherapy
Man: "I've now undergone two hypnosis sessions. I must admit I was quite skeptical about the effectiveness of hypnosis, and about the process in general. In short: I thought I'd never be able to be hypnotized, and I also doubted whether it would achieve anything at all. But to my great surprise, in the second session, I suddenly reached much deeper than in the first, even though I didn't feel like I was hypnotized at all. Topics and feelings surfaced that I hadn't realized I'd held so deeply ingrained and hidden inside. It was truly bizarre for me, but in a beautiful way. That you can connect with deeper feelings so easily and comfortably through her method was unexpected and incredibly wonderful. During these sessions, Nancy absolutely gave me the confidence that she can make a difference. She's incredibly friendly, relaxed, and offers "easy" suggestions. She listens incredibly well, and that allows you to quickly get to the core."

Trauma processing

Method: Cognitive behavioral therapy
Woman: "I met Nancy two years ago at vocational college. Nancy was very engaged from our first meeting. She gave me just the push I needed at that moment. With her, I was able to leave a piece of my past behind through trauma therapy. I spent four and a half hours with her in physical therapy. It was fantastic! Nancy took the time for me, provided plenty of distractions, and I could really rely on her. She also regularly sends helpful tips that I can use in between. Nancy also helped me say goodbye to things, which boosted my energy. I'm very satisfied with Nancy. Very professional, attentive, committed, and driven."
quotesArtboard 1 copy 2

Burn-out

Method: Hypnotherapy
Woman: "For years, I've been feeling stuck, which manifests itself in many physical complaints. Because I started to notice that talking about it was no longer useful, I started researching what could help me. I came across hypnotherapy and immediately looked for someone who offered it in my area. That's how I found Nancy. At our first appointment, she explained clearly what hypnotherapy is, what it does, and what her approach is. We got started, and during the first session, we explored what works best for me. Also because I have a lot of trouble relaxing due to tension that's stuck in my body. I was able to give a lot of feedback about what I was feeling and how I best enter hypnosis.
During the second session, we continued learning how to relax, or rather, how to go deeper into hypnosis, and she taught me self-hypnosis. I've practiced this at home and found it to be a very helpful way to take a break.
During the third session, Nancy used regression. In my case, this session lasted an hour and a half, and I was taken back to various moments in my life that I hadn't processed properly. These moments were truly addressed during the session. A lot of emotions were also released; everything was allowed to flow freely.
When I think back, I'm still amazed. With Nancy, I felt completely at ease, which gave me the courage to truly surrender to hypnosis. You enter a state where you're immersed in a memory, but you're still completely conscious. Because of how it went, I'm confident that hypnotherapy helped me process some of it.
Now, a few weeks have passed, and I notice I no longer feel lonely. And if someone around me is negative, it doesn't affect me anymore.

Low self-esteem

Method: Cognitive behavioral therapy
Woman:
"When I came to you, I had no confidence in myself or my abilities. After so many negative experiences, I actually assumed that it would fail this time too. But there you were. You taught me to listen to myself, to acknowledge my feelings, but then to put them aside. Because... the past was the past, and now things would be different.
You showed me that I could succeed this time. You managed to boost my low self-confidence. And you gave me insights about myself that no therapist could ever show me. Because you saw me. Who I really am and who I can be.
quotesArtboard 1 copy 2

Exam anxiety

Method: Cognitive behavioral therapy
Woman: "You're incredibly intelligent and have a wealth of experience, but you're so humble that I never felt stupid or inexperienced around you. You have a very open and honest attitude, are vulnerable, share personal things, and create a very safe atmosphere. This atmosphere makes me feel like I can tell you anything."
quotesArtboard 1 copy 2

Assertiveness

Method: Cognitive behavioral therapy
Man: "I thought it was good that you had to make a plan for yourself on how you're going to implement all those tips for becoming more assertive. That ensures that you actually put those plans into practice. And if you just keep that plan in the back of your mind all the time, you'll naturally get used to it. That really works. And it's important that something works if you want to change something in your life. I really do feel more confident about taking care of things and being assertive, because I've actually put it into practice and nothing went wrong. It gives a sense of satisfaction. A kind of reward for doing well."
quotesArtboard 1 copy 2

Embarrassed

Method: Cognitive behavioral therapy
Boy: "Thank you for your great help. We've seen our son improve in his communication with others. He's definitely benefited from it and will have to work on what he's learned himself. It's great that he can still rely on you when he's struggling."
